Deliveries
- Delivery period is 5 to 7 working days. Outlying areas may be longer.
Return Policy
Non- Refundable items:
- For hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns on ALL hair accessories unless they are faulty.
- SALE items are non-refundable.
- Beauty/Facial masks, due to hygienic reasons are non-refundable.
- Hair brushes, unless faulty are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
- Beanies & hats, unless faulty are non-refundable.
- For hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns on ALL Accessories and Jewellery items unless they are faulty.
- We will not accept returns for used items, or items no longer in their original packaging. All.Things.Hair By Sadé won’t offer refunds for items that customers have used.
- We will not accept returns on items after the 14 day return period.
Refund conditions:
- We allow a 14 day return period, from the day your parcel is delivered, to make a return to us. No refunds will be possible after the 14 day period.
- www.allthingshairbysade.co.za will not be held liable for any courier costs, or the product while it’s in transit back to us – typically, you as the customer will be liable. We encourage you to constantly track your parcel.
- Once the item has arrived at our business premises , and if upon inspection it is found to be in normal condition or NOT as you have explained, we will NOT grant a refund. You, as the customer will thereafter be responsible for the arrangements and costs of couriering the item/s back to you.
Refund method:
*Kindly email us: info@allthingshairbysade.co.za explaining the issue at hand. Make sure to include pictures of the faulty items as attachments in the email. Please make sure to provide:

Please be patient, we will respond to you promptly within 3-5 business days.
*On provisional approval of the return, we will provide you with an address/drop-off point.
*Once the item has arrived at our business premises, and if upon inspection it is found to be faulty or as you have explained, we will request your banking details via email. A cash refund (EFT) will be made to you within 7-10 business days of receipt, but can take up to 30 days in some cases.
Exchange policy:
We DO NOT allow exchanges on any of our products, due to hygienic reasons.
